We are pleased to offer a 30-Day Return Policy from the day you receive your delivery. Your complete satisfaction is our priority, and most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging and will require a pre-authorization. Return Policy Requirements
- -A return must be packaged in its original box. If not, an additional charge may be applied.
- -Items must be returned with all the original parts, attachments, manuals, and accessories and must be returned in their original packaging.
- -White Glove Delivery is an additional service and therefore cannot be refunded. If you do return your product and want white glove pickup, then there will be an additional charge applied.
- · We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 0 to 30%.
- -All shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. This includes shipping costs included in the price of the product advertised with free shipping.
- -Items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.
- -The customer is responsible for any damages to the products including any scuffs, odors, stains, scratches, and other damages.
- -Products purchased via finance are not eligible for a return.
Exchanges are permissible within 30 days and the customer is responsible for white glove delivery fees and shipping fees including shipping cost included in the price of the products. If the product is defective and cannot be fixed, it will be replaced. Once an exchange has taken place it cannot be returned.
Please note that there will be a 3% charge if an order is cancelled before the product ships, no exceptions. If your product has shipped you will also be responsible for any shipping fees that are incurred.
Please inspect your product on arrival. If any damage is noted, please take pics and email to us. We will process your claim in a timely manner with the manufacturer.
